Hopefully your life is richer from mothering.
Although each of us had a biological mother, not everyone may have been mothered by her. Some are mothers because they have given birth, and some mother in place of someone else. Others simply have the gift of nurturing and seem to mother most anyone they come in contact with, children and adults alike. Mothering can come from an aunt, sister, teacher, or a friend. It doesn’t even have to come from the same person, all the time. We often seek or receive advice or opinions, share confidences, or share life’s ups and downs with mothers and I hope you have at least one special woman who fills that spot in your life.
