Yes, it’s still winter! Not only is it still cold and snowy in Minnesota, but this past week snow and cold even extended to parts of the United States that don’t normally see snow!
As I was out driving one morning this past week, I thought my lips were going to crack off my face! I had them all puckered up and felt that if I smiled they would break! At that moment, I realized that I had not been using my lip balm at night for the past few nights. Thinking about how great it is when I use it at night, and how many hours it moisturizes, I then began to think about how consistency in using it it so important.
Isn’t that so true about not only products we use, but so many aspects of life. Consistency creates habits, whether they are good or bad. Spend time on the ones you can look at as good habits!
