I understand that the products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I may return any product for exchange or refund if I am not fully satisfied. This guarantee only applies to items on the Basics product list, and does not apply to any special or bonus items I may receive as part of my membership benefits.

I understand that after I have made my first payment, I will be directed to an online questionnaire to personalize some of the products. If I do not fill out the questionnaire, color products sent will be neutral and skin care products sent will be for normal skin types.
